when the standard model ultrasonic cleaning machine can't adapt to some special working environment,you can choose the input ultrasonic vibration plate device,working place can be divided into bottom vibration,side vibration and top vibration,so that reach different cleaning effects.

 

The Launching type ultrasonic shaken-board installment is made up of shaken-board and Ultrasonic Generator. It can be used when the standard model Ultrasonic Cleaner is inapplicable in the specific working conditions, besides may have the special specification made to order. In extant equipment, if got ordinary clear tank washer, then may tote shaken-board installment, re-equips the ultrasonic cleaner.

The entire Stainless Steel structure, acidproof and bears the alkali, artistic and durable. Uses the fission style structure, high frequency connection with jack on is used between the shaken-board and the ultrasonic generator, useful and maintains conveniently.

There are many ways to install the installment, set on the bottom, surface, the side or the top of clear tank washer is possible according to ultrasonic radiating surface.

All our standard immersible transducers consist of a watertight, welded stainless steel housing.  For the use in special liquid we also offer it in different materials.  Frequency ranges are 28, 40 and up to 200 kHz.  All the Piezo stacks are mounted on a membrane in an offset pattern.
